COMMON USE: Based on traditional theories this formula’s use includes support to the body to reduce muscle spasm, pain, promote relaxation and sleep.

BEFORE USING THIS FORMULA: Some medicines may interact with this formula. Inform you physician of all the medicines, vitamins/minerals, supplements, and herbs you are currently taking.

HOW TO USE THIS FORMULA: Follow the directions for using this formula provided by your physician. Store this formula at room temperature in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. This formula taken with food is best. Food, a lite meal or snack, decreases the possibility of heartburn. Heavy meals or fatty meals can slow the absorption of the formula and delay or decrease the effectiveness.

CAUTIONS: Do not take this formula if you have had an allergic reaction to it or to any ingredient in this product. Follow you physicians directions for taking this formula. THIS FORMULA CAN CAUSE LACK OF MUSCLE CO-ORDINATION, PUPILLARY DILATION, DIZZINESS OR SLEEPINESS. DO NOR DRIVE, OPERATE MACHINERY OR DO ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD BE DANGEROUS until you know how you react to this formula. DO NOT COMBINE with alcohol or recreational drugs. WOMEN do not take this formula if pregnant or breastfeeding.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS: May cause Vertigo, Fatigue, Nausea, Heartburn, Gas, Bloating. Allergic skin reaction may occur after several weeks of regular ingestion (this is rare). This may be aggravated by sunlight. It is reversible and resolved when the formula is stopped.
