Ingredients: each capsule contains a total of 525mg of a proprietary blend of the active ingredients Valerian, Kava, 5HTP.

Dose:Take 1 to 2 capsules three times a day as a Muscle Relaxer.

Take 1 to 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime as a sleep aid.
