Each Capsule contains Corydalyis 300mg as the active ingredient.
Dose: 1 capsule three times
a day
Do not take if you have liver or kidney disease or elevated liver enzymes.
Recommended for short term or intermittent use.
COMMON USE: Based on traditional theories
this formula’s use includes support to the body to reduce pain. BEFORE USING THIS FORMULA: Some
medicines may interact with this formula. Inform you physician of all the medicines, vitamins/minerals, supplements, and herbs
you are currently taking. DO TAKE THIS FORMULA IF YOU HAVE A LIVER OR KIDNEY DISEASE. DO TAKE THIS FORMULA if you are taking
narcotic/opiate pain medication, designer or recreational drugs without medical supervision.
HOW TO USE THIS
FORMULA: Follow the directions for using this formula provided by your physician. Store this formula at room temperature
in a tightly closed container, away from heat and light. Heavy meals or fatty meals can slow the absorption of the formula
and delay or decrease the effectiveness.
CAUTIONS: Do not take this formula if you have had an allergic
reaction to it or to any ingredient in this product. Do not take if you have a liver disorder. Follow you physicians directions
for taking this formula. THIS FORMULA CAN CAUSE SLEEPINESS. DO NOT DRIVE, OPERATE MACHINERY OR DO ANYTHING ELSE THAT COULD
BE DANGEROUS until you know how you react to this formula. DO NOT COMBINE with opiates, acetaminophen (Tylenol), alcohol or
recreational drugs. WOMEN do not take this formula if pregnant or breastfeeding.
POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
May cause Sleepiness. Some people can experience nausea or heartburn. These symptoms are usually resolved by taking with a
small amount of food.
